BUSINESS AND ITS EVER LIMITED RESOURCE

SEASON 1 - BUSINESS START-UP EPISODE 1 - Business and its ever limited resource. Looking into the world of business and entrepreneurship, the single artificial resource that is heavily needed is money. Thus, Money is Business and it is that which we sort to gain from going into business. Funny enough,we tend to seek  more of it when we get into the business proper.  The first way to source for money to start-up a business is through your own downline. Be it from your savings, aids from your friends and families, among other means. I do advice people to always make use of their own money first in starting up a business in order to be more committed to the success of that enterprise. But if we lack money does that mean we can't go into business? The answer to that question is the main focus of the next phase of this write-up. It is quite simple. You can sure start up a business with other people's money!" Yes, it's that simple;Use OPM - Ot...

Life Expectations.

Life is all about challenges, obstacles and hurdles towards achieving the great height of success. Our reaction to these present the person we really are. Expectations in life is a very critical issue but so many of us sees it as a norm.  Like everyone should have what they are expectant of! Dont get it twisted, when I mean expectation, I am referring to giving and receiving. Sometimes ago, a friend of mine was critically ill but all glory to God he struggled to recovery stage, at the point of recovery, he picked up his mobile and started listing out names of friends to eliminate from his life. Why? Some even go as far as saying; "Its God that allowed me know the kinda person you are" cos they at some point don't meet up to your intents. I really don't blame him, he expected so much from his friends with the thought that he once rendered one assistance or the other to them at some point which in turn make them indebted to him. My de...

We are born active.

We are humans. Sometimes, we can be selfish,careless,self-centered and even wicked but yet we care, we are loving, we love to be heard, fragile and soft hearted, the most if it all, we love serving humanity.  When we were toddlers, we didn't understand the Why??When??and How of life journey, we grew and fell into partial understanding of those things, now we are grown to the full understanding including the best work of life. We presently have a strong believe that Faith in God gives meaning and purpose to human life. We grew to understand that the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of all nations. We can boldly stand to say that government should be of laws rather than of men, clearly identifying through discovery that earth great treasure lies in human personality, declaring to the world that economic justice can be won through free men by free enterprise and can proudly shout from experience that service to humanity Is the best work of life. We are united as JA...

24HOURS TO GO!!!!!  SOME OF THEM ARE BLIND, yet they are creative... We snapped some of the things the blind did and attached they are such as bead female bags, bead made flower vase, bead made purses, bead made trays, etc...  I wanted to make a video of them doing another one in our presence but they had no materials, we just had to see the blind teacher off the same way she came.  SOME OF THEM ARE MENTALLY CHALLENGED but yet they are not on the street and they sit in classrooms (That are not even conducive again) and they learn creative things from the studio.  YOU ARE THINKING OF THE DEAF too, their Communication skills and ability and willingness to learn is second to none.  THEY WANT TO BE LIKE ME AND YOU WITH GOOD EYES, EARS AND MENTAL CONDITIONS BUT THEY CAN'T.  Yet should they even lack basic life necessities and materials to empower them???    I Scream a loud NO!!!! Join your voices and let's together put smiles on the face...

Integrity {Part II}

Question and answer on Integrity. Presenter: We welcome Miss Adeyanju Opeoluwa life on BlogSpot. And today we’ll be taking integrity as a case study. Opeyanju, can you tell us what you refer to as integrity? Opeyanju: I take integrity to be an undivided or unbroken completeness or totality with nothing wanting…WHOLENESS, UNITY. Sometimes success, riches, wealth, prosperity, friends, challenges to mention a few will come and go and at some point may visit again but INTEGRITY stands. PRESENTER: hmm, amazing. Any other idea on Integrity? OPEYANJU: Well, I believe the integrity of an individual is his completeness. And by that I refer to every part of his life excluding nothing. It is a state of total obedience, holding on to your word at all times, having a quality of honesty with strong moral principles. PRESENTER: That’s really captivating though, but the heart-breaking thing is that we do not live in a world of integrity anymore. Do you think we can still live a life of int...

PROMISES

Sometimes ago, I found myself walking out of a really tight friendship zone. I loathe my actions looking at the memories with this dear friend, I discovered I had made a whole lot of mistakes, presently I still discard those memories because I made some promises that I personally knew I couldn't fulfill. After the incident, I decided to avoid or completely stop making promises (as the case may be). Promises, as we all know is making a future or advance commitment, dedication or prediction. Most of us make a lot of promises but have we really thought about fulfilling the previous debt? Making promises can be very dangerous if we don't fulfill them. We carry them on our necks everywhere we go and they secretly affect our lives. When we see the people who we had made the promises to, we tend to feel startled and pray they don’t remember our debts. Avoiding promises can be practiced; at least it leaves us on a safer side. It helps us live a free life which is preferred to ...
