The Rhythm Is Back!

The Blues (Chelsea Fc) continued the fine display put against Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley last week by convincingly seeing off Everton at Stamford bridge 2 - 0 to get their first home win of the season, thanks to Cesc Fabregas and Alvaro Morata. Some would say it was all Spanish affair as Azpilicueta, Cesc and Morata were involved in the goals. Morata became the first player in Premier League history to both score and assist a goal in each of his first two home games.

Speaking after the match Conte said ‘Everton is a really strong team but they played three games in seven days and it is not easy, also because they played very tough games against Man City and then a qualification match into the Europa League, and it is very important for a club to play in Europe for the season. Then to play against us after our defeat at home in the first game, it was not easy for Everton today but in this case you must be really focused and play the game in the right way...'
He further spoke on the upcoming international break, Hazard and the transfer window by saying ‘I had a conversation with Roberto Martinez (Belgium coach) yesterday and I think now it could be positive for Eden to go with the national team and have the training sessions and then maybe to have the possibility to play a part of the game with Gibraltar. I told Roberto if I can help him I am ready to do this. In my past I was a coach of a national team and I know very well that this task is not easy but also for Eden, I talked with him and he is happy to go. He is the Belgium captain and the most important thing is to continue to work and improve and then after the international break, to have the possibility to have him on the bench and to start to think of him as a new player for Chelsea this season. There are four days to go in the transfer market and the club is working very hard to try to improve our squad. In September we have to play seven games and I need to rotate my players because it is very difficult to play seven games in the month with the same players. The club is working very hard to strengthen the squad. They know very well what is our situation but I am ready for every case, and to continue to work with this group of players we have. My message for the fans is always the same. I am totally committed to the club and to improve my players and my team. I am a coach, not a manager and the best of my work is on the pitch. Then for sure when you want to strengthen your squad, you have to give your opinion by speaking to your club. Then the club go to the transfer market to try to solve the situation and to help us'.

We have been witnessing cleaning exercises but this one got a different grading. Heroes Nation Social Change Ambassadors did a very wonderful sanitation exercises at Ipata Market, Ilorin, Kwara State. Where the SDGs (Goals 3, 6 & 13) were the Focus of the Sanitation and Sensitization today. The exercise commenced at 7am with the presence of the Nigerian Red Cross Ilorin Chapter, Corp members of sanitation and environment CDS, Kwara State ministry of environment and some volunteers who heard about the project from friends and social media publicity. Love Language

Love Language This is the way of expressing one's love feelings towards one's family, friend, spouse, girlfriend, or any other loved one Primary Language of Love: I refer to this as the best preferred way or act to express one's love to another person. Major Love Languages are: 1. Words of affirmation 2. Giving of gifts 3. Acts of service 4. Quality time 5. Physical touch All humans have one or more of the 5 major Love Languages as part of their attribute. They show it unconsciously to everyone they get closely related to. Most people don't know their Love Languages and that's part of the reasons they have interpersonal problems relating among friends, associates, colleagues, families etc. Love Languages aren't only for people sexually related or people in love but exist among friends and family. It is the way you presently relate with siblings, families and friends that you most likely extend to that soul mate of yours. Some people don't s...

APPRECIATED

It’s always a hurtful thing when we don’t feel appreciated or loved when we perform a good deed or help out in different ways that we can, especially for people we hold dear to our hearts. Funny thing is, everyone (Like God, our father) loves to be appreciated or acknowledged for a job well done or for a stitch in time that we make, and there is nothing wrong with that. In a small way we are all heroes. For us to acknowledge the work of others or the effort of friendships or any kind of relationship in our lives, we need to have an increased measure of sensitivity and a heart of gratitude. These magic words are short, simple to understand and are easy to apply but are not used as often as they should: Thank you, I love you, that’s thoughtful, Please, That’s thoughtful and I appreciate it, you did a great job; keep it up, etc. As important as words can be, nothing is more proving of your gratitude than your actions. Actions speak louder than words, you know? Another way to s...
